Shan Paska is a revered partner at Paska Advisory, recognized for his extensive network in the restructuring industry. With a proven track record in Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU) cases, Shan continues to collaborate with top industry players, bringing his invaluable skills to complex conflict situations requiring both commercial and legal finesse. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University, a Bachelor of Business from Monash University, and an LL.M. from the University of Leiden.

With his rich expertise, Shan has successfully navigated over 11 PKPU restructuring assignments amounting to a total debt value of USD 9 billion, including a PKPU restructuring for one of the largest coal producers in Southeast Asia. He has provided strategic corporate advice to national oil companies to enhance control over significant minority holdings in subsidiaries, demonstrating comprehensive risk identification regarding control and governance. His broad-ranging experience also includes advising a single oil mining operator company in a PKPU process, handling creditor management, return analysis, composition plan (a PKPU settlement agreement) preparations, and promissory note issuance. Prior to founding Paska Advisory, Shan was a legal and commercial adviser at one of the leading law firms, Aji Wijaya & Co.
